Forgotten your Turnitin Account Password?

NOTE : If your class is using the LMS for assignment submission this step is NOT required.

1. Easily fixed - make your way to the Turnitin homepage at www.turnitin.com (opens in a new window)
2. Click on "Password Help".
   
3. You will be asked for your email address and then for the answer to the secret question that you completed when you set up your user profile.
4. A web link will be sent to YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. You will have 60 MINUTES to go to that link and to change your password. Cut and paste this web address into your browser.
5. If you are not able to do this within the 60 minutes you will need to go through the whole process again.
